Apple’s Product Launch Event “Peek Performance” Is happening on “8th MARCH, 2022 | Apple Inc.

Whenever Apple does something or holds an event, it becomes news. Why shouldn’t it be? After all, it is the best tech company in the world and every product it launches brings a sense of excitement with it. Now when Apple has announced its first product launch event of the year 2022  called “Peek Performance” it is bound to make people excited.  The much-awaited event will take place tomorrow (8th March) at 11 pm IST at the Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino, California. The question is what new products Apple will announce?  Well, we won’t leave you disappointed as there have been some leaks that suggest it could be a very significant event where Apple is likely to introduce iPhone SE  update, iPad Air new version with the capability to handle 5 G, and a high-end mac mini.  Here are some details about these products and the changes we can expect to see in these important  updates

iPhone SE 5G

It is likely that Apple will refresh the iPhone SE on 8th March.  It happens to be the smallest and cheapest iPhone in its iPhone range. Announced in 2016, iPhone had received an upgrade in 2020 and it proved to be a successful decision. The phone got acceptance throughout the world in spite of its tiny size of 4.7 inches and a small battery.  Apple is likely to launch the product with 5 G capabilities. With this, the concern for the battery will still haunt the consumers. The phone design looks outdated and  Apple may continue with the current form factor that has a big bezel both at the top and the bottom of the phone. The device pricing may remain unchanged at $399.

However, there are some rumors that the device may borrow a new form factor from iPhone 13 mini because Apple will have to bump battery capacity, which is simply not good enough in the previous models. If it happens, it will be an irresistible product from Apple because of its fast processor and camera capabilities.  iPhone SE  updated is likely to come in 3 models -6GB/128 GB/256 GB

iPad Air

iPad Air, which is Apple’s very famous mid-range tablet range, is the second product that is likely to get a major update.  As per leaks,  iPad Air will either get A-15 bionics or an M1  chip with 5g millimetre waves capabilities along with centre stage feature, Centre stage feature helps to keep people within the frame even if they are moving during the video call. It might get a Face ID as well but it is highly unlikely.

MacBook Air with 5g capability

At this event, Apple may introduce a new MacBook Air with a new M2 processor with 5G  capabilities. Apple’s current MacBook Air design dates back to 2018 and looks dated. But major design changes are unlikely.

Better Mac-mini

Apple is likely to introduce a better version of the Mac mini with either M2 chips or with M1 Pro and M1 Max chips(These were available in 14-inch MacBook Pro and 16-inch MacBook Pros last year). These are likely to replace the intel based Mac mini which looks odd in the whole product lineup. A  higher performance model than the previous Mac mini will surely bring smiles to the faces of people who are looking for fast productive machines in a small form factor.
