But their leadership and young guns backed their abilities and skills and bounced back with full force.

The titans found a new hero in all of their outings.
Let us walk you through the entire exciting journey of Gujrat Titans to their maiden IPL Final.

LSG vs. GT

It was the battle of new IPL entrants. The Titans won to start their campaign on a high note with a hard-fought victory with 5 wickets against Lucknow Super Giants.

Mohammad Shami, Varun Aaron, and Rashid Khan tested their top and middle-order with their classic bowling.

But Hardik Pandya, Matthew Wade, and David Miller kept the team’s hopes alive before Rahul Tewatia, and Abhinav Mukund completed the formality in the last over.

GT Vs. DC

Gujrat Titans scored another hard-fought victory against the mighty Delhi Capitals. Shubhman Gill powered the team to 171/6 in 20 overs with his brisk innings of 84 (46).

Mohammad Shami, Lockie Ferguson, Hardik Pandya, and Rashid khan showed their bowling prowess and restricted Delhi Capitals to 157/9 in 20 overs.

GT Vs. PBK:

The game went down to the wire. The collective effort of Shikhar Dhawan, Liam Livingstone, Jitesh Sharma, Rahul Chahar, and Shahrukh Khan powered Punjab Kings to 189/9 in 20 overs. It was a testing total to chase on a slow pitch.

The bowling department of Gujrat Titans kept taking wickets at regular intervals but failed to contain Punjabi batters from scoring big hits.

Mathew Wade and Shubhman Gill came in to bat for the Titans.

Kagiso Rabada removed Mathew Wade early for Punjab.

But Shubman Gill was in sublime touch. He and Sai Sudarshan (35) built a massive partnership quickly.

PBKS bowlers struggled to get a wicket before Sai Sudarshan lost his wicket to Rahul Chahar in the 15th over.

The scoreboard was showing only 133 runs. This was the tonic PBKS needed to get back in the game.

Punjabi bowlers did well to slow GT’s scoring rate and did not allow Hardik Pandya (27) and Shubman Gill to score fast.

The game proved to be a real test of the Titans’ character and strength. Shubman Gill (96) and Captain Hardik Pandya (27) lost their wickets within two balls to make the match more interesting.

Rabada, Arshdeep, Rahul Chahar, and Odean Smith tightened and started bowling according to a plan. They prevented GT’s batters from scoring big hits.

David, Killer, and Miller were struggling to middle the ball.

Once again, Rahul Tewatia became a nightmare for the Punjab Kings. He smashed two towering sixes to Odean Smith to score the remaining 12 runs on the last two balls of the match and helped his team win a nail-biter.

Gujarat Titans then bossed over Rajasthan Royals in the grand finale of the IPL 2022 finals to seal their first-ever IPL Title Victory with 7 wickets in hand.

If you are a fan of Gujarat Titans, keep coming back here to relieve their complete journey to IPL 2022 title win.

Good bye!

We will be waiting for you tomorrow!
